With over 20 years of experience across defence, private industry, and government sectors, I specialise in helping managers tackle complex challenges with confidence. From strategic planning to project and asset management, I’ve led diverse teams and projects, always with a focus on practical, real-world results. My background includes roles in project management, logistics, data analysis, and management consulting, where I’ve supported major initiatives like the Smart Beaches Project and the Air Force General Purpose Uniform development.
I know how important a clear, logical approach is to business success, but I also know that managers don’t always have the time to dive into complex situations themselves. That’s where I come in. My approach is hands-on, meeting you where you are, with the data you have. Whether it’s helping you understand messy data, strategising around operational goals, or drafting clear plans and reports that make sense to stakeholders, I offer end-to-end support that brings clarity and direction to your projects.
With a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and a Graduate Certificate in Management, plus certifications in asset management and training, I bring a well-rounded, adaptable approach.
